New feature: show threads in forum posts

I just set up a "BBCode" (that's the code you use to make words show in bold and quotes and such) to display a chart in a forum post. This can be useful for discussing a fund (or a fund chart!).

To make it easy, I've added a feature to the performance chart display in the fund profiles ... look for the text box labeled "BB Code" over on the right (see screenshot attached) ... copy and paste this code into a forum post and it will display that chart.

Note that IE users get a nice "Copy" button, but that doesn't work on Firefox/Mozilla/etc, so those users will have to copy it to the clipboard themselves (Ctrl-C or right mouse click and select copy).

The code you'll be pasting into posts looks like this:

[chart=CF;HOW0033AU;lasty;mav;20071029]Challenger Wholesale China Share Fund[/chart]

... and the resulting chart looks like this:

Challenger Wholesale China Share Fund
Chart.

(PS. I've also set it up so charts will display on InvestEd if you want to discuss a fund or chart over there).

Note that if you edit a post to insert a chart, you might not see the chart once you've saved your changes until you refresh the page.

Let me know if you have any issues!

(PPS. I suggest that if you are going to quote someone else's post where they have shown a chart, you should remove the chart code from the quoted text - otherwise it will mess up the page layout, since the chart is too wide to fit inside a quote box!)
